55-minute 1:1 lesson - 11+ English and Verbal Reasoning

A 55-minute one-to-one lesson in 11+ English and Verbal Reasoning, taught by a qualified teacher.

Lessons are planned around the test your child is actually sitting, which varies enormously by area. Some authorities set no English paper at all; others set no reasoning. We start by establishing which papers, which format and which provider, then work on the components that carry marks.

Covers reading comprehension, spelling, punctuation and grammar, vocabulary building, and the verbal reasoning question formats, plus exam technique and timing, because most lost marks at this age are unfinished papers rather than wrong answers.

For ages 7 upwards, covering 7+, 11+ and 13+ entrance exams. Lessons are on Zoom, in UK time, with materials you keep.
