Cancellation policy

Individuals will be refunded in full if they cancel their pack of lessons at any time and be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the lesson(s) they have not used and do not have booked in the following 24 hours.

Issai Teach Ltd reserves the right to cancel all lessons and services at any time. All unused lessons will be refunded.Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
