Refund policy

Rescheduling:

Individuals can reschedule their lesson 24 hours or more before the lesson is due to start. After this, it is at the discretion of the teacher and dependent on availability.

Refund:

Individuals will be refunded in full if they cancel their lesson 24 hours or more before the lesson is due to start. After this, it is at the discretion of the teacher.

Individuals will be refunded in full if they cancel their pack of lessons at any time and be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the lesson(s) they have not used and do not have booked in the following 24 hours.

Issai Teach Ltd reserves the right to cancel all lessons and services at any time. All unused lessons will be refunded.
