I teach English and entrance-exam preparation online, to first-language and EAL students alike.
What I teach
- English as an additional language — reading, writing, speaking and listening across CEFR levels, for students studying in English or preparing to
- Cambridge B2 First — full preparation for all four papers
- KS3 and IGCSE English — language and literature, including Edexcel IGCSE
- 11+ English and Verbal Reasoning — for 7+, 11+ and 13+ entrance exams
How lessons work
Entrance-exam preparation is as much about technique and timing as it is about ability, so lessons pair skills teaching with practice under realistic conditions. For EAL students, the priority is the language the curriculum actually demands — the vocabulary and structures needed to follow lessons and write answers in other subjects, not English in the abstract.
