30-minute 1:1 lesson - 11+ English and Verbal Reasoning

A 30-minute one-to-one lesson in 11+ English and Verbal Reasoning, taught by a qualified teacher.

Thirty minutes suits younger children and works well for frequent, focused practice. The Education Endowment Foundation's evidence on one-to-one tuition found that short, regular sessions tend to produce better results than long, infrequent ones, so two 30-minute lessons a week is often a better use of the same money than one longer lesson.

Lessons are planned around the test your child is actually sitting, which varies a great deal by area. Covers reading comprehension, spelling, punctuation and grammar, vocabulary, and the verbal reasoning question formats, plus timing and exam technique.

For ages 7 upwards, covering 7+, 11+ and 13+ entrance exams. On Zoom, in UK time, with materials you keep.
